810 has been in business for almost a decade with over 250 employees.
810 Billiards & Bowling is expanding and looking to add to our crew of installers for our new centers.
Up to 10 new center installs per year that will be located within the continental United States.
In between installs, this position will require the individual to work daily within a unit in the Myrtle Beach, SC area.
Daily duties will include but not limited to general maintenance of the center, equipment and the general properties of the brand.
At 810 Billiards & Bowling, we want to create a fun and casual atmosphere where anyone can feel welcomed.
The Bowling installer/mechanic’s primary role is to assist the Director of Operations & the General Manager(s) (GM) with the overall bowling installations and operations.
This is not limited to but may include various construction and maintenance items such as interior decking, sub foundations, walls, finishes, bowling and gaming equipment, visual displays, wiring, cleaning, painting and general maintenance.
Must be able to perform duties while standing, kneeling, on a ladder or a manned lift equipment.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* include but not limited to the following: · Available for periods of travel of up to 4 weeks at a time is a must.
· Experience in rough and finished carpentry.
· Assemble.
Erect and mount equipment based on manufacturers and customer’s specifications.
· Good working knowledge and experience of basic power tools.
· Due to the nature of our business and construction schedules, work schedules are dynamic and vary based on the needs of the time and place.
· Test all equipment to validate the integrity of the equipment for both current and newly installed centers.
· Perform general maintenance on arcade machines.
· Comply with daily communication with current and future teams.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through post-installation activities such as disposal of packaging or construction debris, equipment is clean and free from dust and debris, addressing any questions or issues, deliver repetitive and proper training of the machines, performing warranty work and support as needed and fulfilling parts and supplies upon request and approved by superiors.
· Ability to work outside “normal business hours”.
· Ability to unload and carry tools, equipment and supplies.
Installers must be able to lift and maneuver heavy pieces of machinery.
· Ability to use a hand truck, liftgate, pallet jack and dollies.
· Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
· Implement safe working practices to ensure safety of staff and customers.
*Qualifications* · Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and be at least 21 years of age.
· Proficient in English · Reliable transportation and driver’s license is required.
· Ability and willingness to comply with a full background check.
· Physically able to perform duties required for construction worker or mechanic.
*Skills* · Experience working on construction sites.
· Ability to work as part of a team.
· Trusted to exercise independent judgement, make prompt and correct decisions and manage materials and timelines.
· Must display strong leadership skills.
· Ability to read, interpret and apply construction drawings and specifications.
· Strong organizational and people skills.
· Proficient in email, electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets, computers, basic computer office software and printing.
· Ability to perform basic repairs and/or learn to perform basic repairs on arcade machines.
· Proficient in basic wiring/electrical/data cables & connections, carpentry, basic mechanics and painting.
· Ability and willing to travel.
