*ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROJECT COORDINATOR:* Ensure the company tracks and collects debts consistently and correctly.
Your job will be important for safeguarding our revenues.
The goal is to ensure the company charges its customers appropriately and collects payments in a timely manner along with providing outstanding customer service.
* Answer incoming and make outgoing territory customer calls, taking detailed messages as necessary, answering project questions, and providing project updates and important information * Gather new loss information and dispatch teams accordingly * Collaborate with accounting department to maintain accounts receivable * Ensuring customers are billed correctly for services rendered * Maintain and track all job costs (subcontractor invoicing, material receipts, etc.
) * Assist with the generation or work orders for subcontractors and field staff * Ensure receipts and subcontractor invoicing is reviewed/processed * Assist with scheduling when necessary * Generate weekly reporting of outstanding balances * Assist in maintaining tracking of jobs and jobs progression to ensure timely completion and proper stages of billing * Utilize Quickbooks and RM manager for proper customer information *WHAT WE OFFER:* * Good / Steady Hourly Pay * F/T Hours, year-round! * Job Security * Paid Holidays, Sick, Personal, and Vacation time.
