This management position earns a great pay of $40,000/year, plus bonuses and commissions.

PRODUCTION - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
As a manager, you oversee our crews that are performing installation and construction projects.
You provide direction on projects and instruct and train if needed.
In order to guide our helpers and ensure they are busy and learning, you oversee their work as well.
You are a hands-on and friendly supervisor with who all workers can approach and communicate comfortably.
As you keep projects on track and on schedule, you collect payment from customers as well as constantly review and report on the progress of crew members and project construction.
You enjoy using your construction management skills to get our projects completed on time!
Ability to be hands-on
Willing to travel within the state (hotel accommodations will be covered)
Ability to meet physical requirements typical of this position including working in hot attics and crawl spaces
Construction experience is preferred, but not required! Are you able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally? Do you manage your time well and prioritize tasks accordingly? Are you a hard worker? If so, give us the chance to review your information.
