The job of a Custodian is to provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, and clean place in which to learn, play, and develop.
*Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma
* Must be in sufficiently good enough physical condition to perform physical duties such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning, lifting, etc.
* Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
* Ability to work cooperatively with faculty and staff.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly to walk, sit, stand, and reach with hands and arms, stoop or kneel, and crouch.
Additional physical requirements may include the following:
* Physically capable of lifting or moving heavy objects.
* Sufficiently mobile to ensure the safety of students.
* Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
* Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
* Manual dexterity for the purpose of using a telephone and data entry.
* Read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.
* Hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone.
* Speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone.
* Performs other related duties, as assigned by the administrative team, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient, effective functioning of the school environment.
*Working Environment:*
This position requires the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity.
8am-5pm and 3pm-11pm shift available
